4k or 1080p

I stuck in the middle between choosing 4k or 1080p. I have enough money go for 4k but I don't know if it's worth it. I usually play cs go,bo3,Gta5, and overwatch.

I agree with the above, 1440p really is the sweet spot if you have a higher end GPU. 4K is still really demanding, and only the Titan X Pascal can actually run current games well at 4K, and that card costs 1200 US dollars. More affordable cards like the GTX 1070 or 1080 are only really capable of 30-45FPS at 4K unless you're willing to make compromises on graphical settings. 1440p offers a better balance, you get more resolution than 1080p, and you can actually achieve 60FPS without buying the $1200 flagship GPU or running an SLI or Crossfire setup.
