High CPU spikes while streaming on Twitch (suspect video capture device)

Hello I have been streaming on twitch for a while, without a webcam and at lower quality because I had shitty internet. Now I am getting about 95 down 30 up and 25 ping consistently and I can stream in much better quality.

I decided to start using my brothers Logitech C920 Webcam now and have run into a problem
When I stream games like GTAV and BF4 I noticed they got really choppy because my CPU was spiking real high, like 90-100% just loading into a game.

Did some troubleshooting, played with bitrate (currently I have it set to 3300) Found that when I disable my video capture device on OBS it reduces my CPU usage by about 75%....

I am not really sure what is going on here/what to do about it but any help would be appreciated.
(I hope someone in this community may have some advice)

Here are my (relevant) system specs:
Processor- AMDFX 8120 3.1Ghz
GPU- AMD Radeon HD 7870
16GB RAM

Solution
Your cpu is hitting100% because you are gaming on demanding games and capturijt video and streaming at same time. Your cpu isn't the best and at 3.1ghz is going to suffer.

Suggest putting a decent overclock (assuming cooling and motherboard) and try again.
