The Zotac 1060 costs less and performs on par with the MSI Gaming X, far better value.
The Xtreme Gaming cooler is very big, and excessively chunky imo.
Get the Zotac if you want value and good performance, or the Xtreme Gaming if you want to go all out.

Thr gigabyte card will be ever so slightly better but not by much. If it's only 10$ difference grab the gigabyte for a bit more juice or the msi if you ultimately prefer how it looks.
I personally love gigabyte cards. I've had a oc gigabyte gpu in my older pc for 4 years straight now and it's super quiet, super cool, and has performed amazingly since I bought it.
