Should I Upgrade My GTX 770 to a GTX 970?

I built my computer around June of 2014 and have yet to upgrade any of my parts. I was wondering if I should upgrade my 770 to a 970 quite simply. Worth it... yay or nay? I have an i7-4770k fyi... if that matters at all!

My GTX 770 gets a graphics score of 8766 on firestrike. This stock GTX 970 gets a score of 11739. SO its more of a 30% difference between the two cards. Personally, if you are getting good FPS and are happy with how your games are running, then tehre is no reason to upgrade the GPU! GTX 770s are still awesome cards, and you can overclock a fair bit aswell. For the cost of a GTX 970 (Around $300), it isnt worth it for a 20-30% increase.

A GTX970 is 50% faster than a GTX770 according to my Fire Strike test.
