i installed windows 7 from a computer shop( wich also put a disk drive and ssd) but now when i try to run a program as admin i right click it then press run as admin then the pop up doesent show saying( do u want to run as admin) and it doesent actually run it as administrator can you guys pleas help?

Contact the computer shop that set it up and asked what they did when it was setup for the accounts.
