Before I begin let me just say I have went through every other post about no beep and no post.
I have checked all the cables several times. Nothing seems to help. Now on to the longer version.

I was using my last build Gigabyte H55, i3 540 @ 3.8 ghz, Gskill 1600 mhz RAM, R7 260X 1GB and Gigabyte hercules pro 480 psu. All of a sudden it froze, I turned it off, and when I tried turning it back on again it wouldn't post, no beeps at all and no display but all the fans kept spinning. As a result I assumed the motherboard is dead and maybe also the PSU.

I ordered Athlon X4 870K, MSI A68HM P33 V2 and OCZ Firepower 500W. So I tried the minimalistic boot approach with just the cpu psu and motherboard, and I got the same result No beeps, but fans kept spinning. Afterwards I connected everything including the speakers, no beep , no display and fans keep spinning. Tried swapping rams, removing rams, removing gpu, removing hdd, and even testing the rear usb ports. Nothing worked.

End result no boot.

I looked on msi's website and it seems the stock bios of this motherboard aupports all fm2+ processors. However, I am not sure why this issue would occur if it isn't incompatability. Anybody care to help?
