If you can't find the IP address of your printer, probably your best recourse (I assume you are running Windows, since on Linux one would just use "nmap") is to logon to your router, which is probably located at 192.168.0/1.0/1 (either 0 or one in either place is to my understanding common in routers) and then find the list of devices connected, which should include your printer.
