I was taking the 24 pin cable out and put it in again for unnecessary reasons, and then my computer wouldn't turn on. I tryed to take the cmos battery out but it didn't work. There is coming power out to the motherboard because when I try to turn the computer on, the psu is making a noise and on the motherboard, there is an cpu led indicator that blinks once and then the psu stops making the noise...

Help please

It can if there was still power in the lines when you unplugged it. I still suspect something else got knocked loose while removing or reinstalling the 24 pin connector. That thing is tricky to move when everything is connected. Recheck every connection on the motherboard,

I took the main computer power cable out so there is no power to the computer what so ever. I took the 24 pin out. I put an extention in which I forgot what defect. I but the normal 24 pin cable in again which was working. I put the main power cable in again. It didn't work.
