Hello guys my mouse(15$)'s leds are not turning off while the pc is already shuted off please help me i searched in the Bios menu and there is no option to turn it off ... Mobo:Asrock FM2A55M-HD+
See your manual, pages 47-48, and the heading "USB Mouse Power On". If this is Enabled, that means you can make you machine turn on from the Off state just by moving the mouse. To do that, the mobo must do two things while "Off": monitor the mouse on a USB port to detect any movement, and ensure the mouse's LED light it lit so it can send any movement signals to the mobo.
It's not a problem. After shutting down the PC some motherboards keep providing power to the USB ports for charging devices etc. Find Deep S4 feature in the BIOS and turn it off.

Can you find On/Off Play in the BIOS ? It should be under advanced settings, if yes, then set it to disabled. Also turn off USB Mouse Power on and USB Keyboard power on under ACPI configuration.
