Cant' see fan speed slider (Radeon Overdrive)

Hi there. Hadn't been gaming in a little while and just got Tomb Raider. Decided to give my card andfan pc a clean. Got it all back together and i go into Radeon settings/Overdrive fan and the slider has disappeared completely.
It was there last night.

Middle fan isnt working on card. others are on but pretty low spin.
16.6 Crimson R9 290 Tri-X
Windows 10


Have i 'reset' something or what by physically removing the card?
What can i do next?

Ah right. i get you mate.
But alas, i cant see anything to click on like that, or anything to do with activating OC'ing on either tab :(
But i know what you mean. That does ring a bell.
