Hello people!

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, had absolutely no problems on Win7 with my devices and my mainboard, however, when i switched to Windows 10, after restarting for the first time, Windows 10 just wouldn't start up at all, freezing at the blue windows logo. My devices, mainly keyboard and mouse lit up and responded. So i went ahead and disabled xHCI and Legacy USB and all the likes in the BIOS, plus i switched from partial USB Initializaton to full. And then, my windows booted up, with a problem however. Both my keyboard and my mouse did not work, which would make sense, since doing the BIOS changes i did should technically disable USB 3.0. Now, everything seems to work USB-device wise, but only with USB2.0. However, i would like everything to work with USB3.0 activated. However, every time i set my BIOS on default settings, the same stuff happens. Either Windows doesnt boot up, or no USB-device is working.
Is there any solution to this problem aware to you guys?
I already reinstalled the USB driver from the mainboard 2-3 times, without any effect. Plus, i updated the BIOS from the X99 STRIX.
Never had any difficulty in Windows 7. Plus, i already had Windows 10 installed a month ago on this system, and everything worked just fine.
And i always was able to get into the BIOS, every USB-device seems to work up until the Windows logon, then they disconnect for a short time, and activate back up again, IF the BIOS settings are changed. In detail, i changed :
Boot Configuration :
USB Support from Half Initialization to Full.
Advanced USB Configuration :
Intel xHCI Mode : Smart Auto -> Disabled
EHCI Legacy Support : Auto -> Disabled
xHCI Hand-off : Enabled -> Disabled

Thank you in advance.
