Hello everyone, I really want to stream, but everytime i try to my performance drops a lot... so now i have the question: wich settings will be not that demanding?

My specs:
Intel Core i5 4670
8gb ddr3 ram
Gtx 750ti

Upload: 8/10
Download: 10

What should i use? X264, quicksync or nvidia nvenc? I am planning to stream/ record on 720p 60fps
Thanks a lot

To record to your drive shadowplay all the way,it does need a lot of bandwith (kbit/sec) though so you will need a very good connection to be able to send a good quality video.
Quicksync has better compression but has a bigger CPU overhead and x264 is CPU only so it has the biggest influence on your performance.

That said, you should not have any performance drops, no matter which one you choose just make sure that your system has enough I/O for everything you try to do at once, recording with a high bitrate is tough if the game requires a lot of data to be send to/from disks/sysmem/vram.
