Solution
Yes. It's a tough call as to which offers the best value option right now. The 3gb performs very well in current games in 1080p, a couple of FPS below the 6gb. However certain games like Hitman you can already see it is hitting the 3gb ceiling in 1080p. I think if you are concerned with performance 3 or 4 years down the line it would probably be best to go for the 6gb option so you don't have to worry about dropping MSAA for FXAA or dropping to medium textures because of VRAM limits.
You want to upgrade your GPU because of electricity issues? What do you mean by that?

The GTX 1070 is an excellent GPU, but what monitor do you have (60hz or 144Hz)? What games are you playing? We want to make sure it's the right fit for your system. Also, I haven't heard of the Armageddon PSU, so I'm unsure on the quality.

my monitor 60hz, i wanna play BF 1 on ultra. armageddon is available in my country only i will upgrade it in near future but for now im focusing on GPU.

some say about upgrade the procs to i7 devil canyon because the game gonna affect the procs a lot.. but i dont know about this.. need help

yes electricity issues (electric bill to be exact..)

Your processor is fine. If you are concerned about the electric bill the GTX 1060 is very power efficient.

I wouldn't buy a GTX 1070 for 1080p 60Hz, it's way more GPU than you need. We don't know the requirements of BF1 yet, but the GTX 1070 averages over 100 FPS in 1080p in most games. In your shoes I would probably wait until the game comes out to decide if you need to upgrade from the 280x. If you do, I wouldn't buy more than a GTX 1060 or RX 480 as that is plenty for 1080p @ 60 FPS.
