Is my pre built pc capabale of having the psu and gpu replaced?

I have a lenovo H50-50 case and the motherboard is a lenovo sharkbay I'm thinking of getting a 1070 or 1060 and I was wondering If my motherboard can handle a 1070/1060 and if my pc can fit a 500w power supply thanks :)

That PC should support short graphic card. The board itself however only support PCIe 2.0 x16 i.e equivalent to PCIe 3.0 x8 so performance of high end card may be somewhat limited.

Please take a photo of inside of your case and upload here so that I can see the MB and the PSU.
