Can i use thermal paste from my stock intel cooler that's been on my that already been on my cpu or do i need new thermal paste for my new cooler?
Can i use thermal paste already applied for a non stock cooler

best use fresh all ways unless you got a tube of paste with that stock cooler just don't remove the crap factory applied and try to reuse it .
thing is why your new aftermarket cooler did not come with a tube of fresh paste in its box ?? all I ever got did and all should ?? pretty darn cheap of then if they did not add some in the box to use with there cooler
like look at pic 4 of box contents and see a tube is part of the deal

so unless there just being cheap you should get a small tube in the box with your new aftermarket cooler and the amount should be good for about 3 applications

theres also sites with help articles on mounting a cooler and applying the paste if you need to review I like the pea method myself
