I want to buy a mic mainly for streaming and online gaming, and maybe for making videos and online meeting. Logitech H250 or Blue Snowball? Just choose between these two only. If I choose Blue Snowball, can it eliminate gaming sound from speaker, typing sound from keyboard, background sound from fan, and breathing sound from me? Besides, will the sound be clear if I place it at the left bottom side on top of my table when I in front of my computer?

I watched a streamer using lavalier mic. He is one of the top streamer at Twitch although he is using lavalier mic. Here's the link: https://www.twitch.tv/asiagodtonegg3be0 How about a cheap lavalier that cost around $2 will be enough for me?
