bf4 low fps i5 gtx 970 ssc

hello i'm playing bf4 @1080p ultra settings and am getting low fps.
lowest 48fps highest 60fps

i've done a windows clean install not drivers.

cpu usage 70-90 while in game (BF4) 64 player server
ram usage while in game 6 near 7gbs of ram
temps in bf4
cpu 77 ish
gpu 80

specs
i5 4440 3.3ghz

gigabyte b85m d3h

mushkin enhanced silverline 8gb 2x4gb 1600mhz 1.5v

evga gtx 970 ssc 4gb

western digital blue 1tb 7200rpm 64mb cache
western digital black 2tb 7200rpm 64mb cache

seasonic x series 650w
corsair graphite 230t black no window

windows 7 64bit
1080p 60hz 21.5" samsung monitor

whats going on?

Well you definitely have bottleneck from your cpu so only thing you can do is to buy a better one,and also make sure you don't have anything running in the background while playing and try to play with resolution scaling a bit it might help to reduce cpu bottledneck a bit but it will increase gpu usage also.

That will definitely increase your performance and if you have money see if you can buy some aftermarket cooler for that cpu so you can overclock it and make your PC more future proof :)
