It's a reasonable build, but it could use a few tweaks. First, I would suggest a better power supply. Maybe a Corsair RM series in the 500 to 600W range. Second, I assume you're using the rig for gaming, due to spec'ing an 1070 GPU. You could move down to an i5 CPU and save 100 USD. Last, bump up your SSD to 500 GB. Keep your OS, software/games and key files on the SSD. Use the HDD for files you don't need to access often.

I don't plan on getting much games so 240gb is good enough for me.
