It really depends on what you play for any bottleneck situation.

Looking at other owners of the FX 6300, and the 380x, there is some bottleneck, and you will need to overclock the CPU for the best results. You might as well go full on and get an 8320 anyway. Depends on your motherboard of course, and the price. (Zen is also coming out soon!)

Ok sorry i didn't know, but keep in mind that you will have bottleneck no matter which AMD cpu you buy if you planning to use it for gaming

No no its okay, its just when most Intel people comment to get Intel they wont stop talking about it, and okay i wanted a I3 6100 but it dont support DDR3 at 1.5V cause the Memory Controller.

Why not I3 they are still better than FX series CPU's? And can the I3-4150 run my Kingston HyperX Fury 1.5V ram?

Well i just looked some benchmarks and looks like i3 4150 beats FX 8320 in gaming so maybe it's better to go with i3 :D
And also you can upgrade it later to i5 or even i7

Yes i think that mobo will work fine or you can find a cheaper one if you want, also cpu does support 1.5v ram you can see it here http://ark.intel.com/products/77486/Intel-Core-i3-4150-Processor-3M-Cache-3_50-GHz
