So I bought the r9 290x off eBay and u have tried everything for it to work, my old card works just fine in the same pci slot, but this one when I plug it up and connect the VGA pins it shows black display with keyboard dead (no led lights) and USB ports dead too. Why would this GPU affect those, and does those mean this GPU I bought is for sure dead
