hey guys, i bought a Zotac gtx 1070 amp edition about a month ago and everything has been great. on idle, the GPU would normally downclock to 350mhz. but for some reason i noticed today that the clock is staying at 1600mhz. what can cause it? to my knowledge i have not changed any settings.
I have tried to set power management to adaptive rather than high performance and also in the windows power options i changed high performance to balanced. what else should i check for? thank you.
Note: i scratched a few traces on my motherboard a while back, could this cause such an issue? i dont think this was happening directly after the scratch happened.
