Is my power supply dead from spilled water?

With moving into a college dorm, I didn't have much space for my tower, so I decided to put it on the floor next to my desk. Just an hour ago, I accidentally knocked a bottle of water on top of the computer where the top air flow grate is. I ended up knocking the bottle into the floor where no more water could get into the computer. After that, I held down the power button to immediately turn it off. There didn't really seem to be that much water in the computer from what I could see when I checked. Whatever water was there, I cleaned up with a towel and some kleenex because those were what was on hand. Yet, now it won't turn on. Neither the motherboard power button or the case power button will even start up the fans. A light at the front coming from an SD card reader which indicates power typically regardless if the computer is on or not will come on for a few seconds then off. So, is it the power supply or should I wait a while longer to see if some unseen water ends up evaporating?

Solution
My older son's friend did this but with mountain dew ,luckily only the board was damaged and replaced and all was good , but you won't know till it's all tested , depending on where the water dripped through.

A short little while ago while I was researching more, the computer just miraculously came back on. It seems totally fine now. I believe what happened is that my motherboard is an Asrock with dehumidifier function. It may have automatically kicked on and blocked power until it was sufficiently dry. That or the psu may have done something. Dunno, that probably isn't right, but all is well. It actually seems to have fixed a few things ironically.
