Low Fps on GTX 750 Ti

I play csgo a lot and i'm having a FPS issue;
Some months ago i used to have around 300 FPS while playing, but now i get around 60, max 100.
I just installed a fresh boot of Windows 10 so there is just, steam, csgo, chrome, skype, a couple games on my PC.
I'm pretty sure it's my settings that are messed up but i can't figure out what is :(

My setup:
GTX 750 Ti 2GB
AMD FX-6300 Six Core
8GB RAM HyperX
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Yeah. Your temperature's are 10'C over safe limit on the CPU. The system is throttling back to prevent damage.

My advise to you would be to inspect your CPU cooler. If it is dirty clean out the dust. Also tighten the screws in a star pattern at the same time.

If the problem persists, you will have to change the thermal paste.

Hi. You should use the Task Manager > Startup section to disable programs you don't use often from opening up. More than likely one of them is bogging you down.

Another possible issue is your temperature's. Check them using HWmonitor. It's a free download. Temps should be under 70'C for the CPU and 80'C for the GPU.

Already disabled almost everything before, just Steam and skype opens on startup.
Checked the temperatures, i don`t understand it but there is the report.
