i have a hyper 212x as my cpu cooler i have fitted it on the right side of the heat sink which is where all my ram is i have one fan at the rear of the case which is to the the left from the heat from the heat sink(this fan isn't on the heat it's on the case) anyways i want to set my 212x an as an exhaust beacuse my 295x2 gets hot quite a bit and it's around 40 degrees Celsius inside the case so is the fan already set up as an exhaust or intake?
Thanks

You can 'push pull' on that radiator, so you can have a fan mounted at the rear of the case pulling air out, and then chuck the radiator on top of that fan + the radiator fan which pushes the air through the rad.

Like this http://techdadreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Push-Pull-config.png, except yours will be the opposite direction.
But you will need long screws to be able to mount the rear fan to the rad and case
After doing a few searches it looks like the temps you are getting are pretty normal, about 5c over the average, but that should be able to be fixed by adding more fans to your case...

I have only one intake and that is on the front of the case above the 295x2's radiator just wondering if I take the exhaust fan at the back of the case and mount it under the front intake so I can use that as an intake and mount the radiator where the exhasut was which is the back of the case is a good idea or not.

That's probably the best option.
Have the rad and it's fan at the back of the case set as exhaust with 2 fans in the front of the case as intake, this way you have positive air pressure with all the heat from the 295x2 being exhausted directly out of the case.

Should I order more fans so I can mount them on the top of the case ? Will it make a difference ? I never really cared about heat until I found out that the 295x2 thermal throttles when it 75 degrees Celsius When Playing games such as wither iii and Metro last light. I mean its water and air cooled is there something wrong with my gpu or is this normal ? I Have a phanteks p400s and a msi gaming m3 motherboard the thing is the hyper 212x us very close to the top of the case so I'm not sure I would have enough space to mount some more fans

75 degrees under full load in the crimson settings there's an thing called temp target and it on 75 degrees I can't adjust it I can only go down but not up cuz 75 is the max so when my gpu hits that temp it starts throttling . Around the mid 40s when idle BTW all of these are in Celsius

I'd just stock the case with fans, 3 intake at the front, 1exhaust at rear in push pull with your Rad and Fan, and 1 or 2 exhaust at top. They should all fit.

If you want to control speeds and whatnot, I went for a NZXT Grid+ Fan controller with 4 corsair SP120 Performance PWM fans. Works great, can change all the fan speeds individually, can make them all spin slowly for them to be really quiet, or faster for more cooling at the cost of more noise.

the P400S comes with an integrated fan controller
I'd get 2 140mm intake fans front to supply the case with fresh and cold air. doesn't do much good when you exhaust all the air without proper resupply
put the rad back, exhaust at back and maybe one additional exhaust on top

Going up to 75c shouldnt harm the card in any way, as AMD cards can handle over 80c
