I bought the Sims 4 Deluxe Edition and after it was installed, I didn't like it from the get go. I requested a refund and it said to wait 48 hours for them to review my refund information. So today I decided to check on the status and I clicked on the page under the recent purchases and the refund status page and it said "Page does not exist" does that mean they didnt take it?
 
Solution
Clear your browser history and try the link again. If that fails, use the confirmation email you should have received to contact Origin to resolve the matter. It is the weekend, so it may not get acted on until tomorrow (Monday).
