So basically I built a new PC yesterday and when I play games I just experience the worst micro stutter I have ever experienced in my life. I have been busy searching the internet for hours and hours on end and can't manage to find a solution. I just want to cry and throw my PC in the trash. Anything you might think of or you want information about to help you helping me I am willing to do. I have used some parts from my older PC (SSD and HDD) that worked perfectly fine then with my old processor and GPU etc.
