High Ram usage from... nowhere?

As of the past three days, I've experienced some sort of memory leak that takes whenever I turn my computer on.

Things I've tried so far to fix it: Scanning for viruses, Updating drivers, Restarting computer

It's customary to include more details when posting a thread of troubleshooting nature. Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS? Have you tried reinstalling your OS? If you're on Windows 10, try and perform a repair install.

While I'm aware reinstalling my OS is an option, I'd prefer to stray away from that unless it's my only option.
