intel cpu for GTX 1060 help!

so i was thinking about getting a i5 6500 for my gtx1060, it will bottleneck? i need something more powerfull? i have the fx8350 right now and i dont know if its really worth it, pls no fanboys it will help if you can bring some sourses, thanks you all!

That 70% CPU usage means 70% of the whole number of cores, which, most games, are far from utilizing. Like i said, youi cannot go wrong with the 6500. It is sufficient to power even a 1080.
You will need new ram aswell. WHile you could fit 2x4GB in your 300 budget, considering the $20 difference from 8 to 16 gigs, it is...

something between 200 and 300 dlrs but i need to change the mobo too so i cant just go and get the best i5 of the market. im considering getting the i5 because im getting only 60% of gpu usage in the division (im actually getting 70% of cpu usage and i dont know why)
