considering that wonderful beast of a card can eat around 500W or more, you will probably want to get the heat from it as far away as possible from your rig. just make sure the air it is grabbing in the case is cool. congrats on having that card. that is truly a king card.

sorry I guess I kind of left my answer vague, you would want it as an exhaust. if it is used as an intake everything in the case will run warm. that card should remain useful for many years.
