That means that the chip is already overclocked at its max. Remember that the card you've got is factory superclocked, which means that it's already overclocked, but not every time at it's max.

If you're willing to take the risk, but the amount of performance you're going to get, is around 0,5 FPS in games like The Division. Not worth it.
