Which motherboard is better

Solution
Spending a little more for the i7 6700 non-k would probably be a decent idea then. Other than that, the GTX1070 is the nest step up that way.
what do you want to use them for? the second intel one is probably a better bet, as the AM3+ socket is a dead end, and even the best chips that can go in that board are not that great especially to buy new. throw an i5 6600K in the second board and you have a great gaming system.

Wow that motherboard was really overpriced. That EVGA is not a very reliable model either.

There is nothing wrong with ASRock motherboard, but ok.

That Antec is a very good psu, but I admit it's it suspiciously cheap.

well. gaming overwatch and gta 5 on max with a 60hz monitor. so ill prefer 60fps min and i did see that the gpu can handle this. gta 5 doesnt have to max but not medium-low settings. i play overwatch most so playing on epic will be a joy. ill be doing normal work as well, but no 4k video rendering. and game developing in a few years.
