Newly built computer but no display

So today I built my first computer. It was a good experience however, when I plugged in my computer, there was no display, just a black screen. All the fans were spinning but I don't see any leds on my motherboard. Help please! (I don't have the graphics card yet so I am using onboard graphics)

Specs-
Intel i5 6500 - CPU
GA - H110M-A -Motherboard
EVGA 700B - Power Supply
Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR4 - RAM
Western Digital Caviar Blue - Hard Drive

I'm using hdmi, also its plugged into my tv for now

No, I haven't done that before, how do I do that? Also i don't have a speaker so I don't hear beeps at all

Ok, I so I tried that and is still says no signal or out of reach. What else should I try.

EDIT - So the monitor was displaying something but it was green and glitchy and there was some static... Help?

Nope, still nothing. This time it just keeps restarting after 5-10 seconds and the cpu fan is a bit louder.
