I am currently using an amd fx-8350 at stock 4 ghz and a gtx 750ti 2gb. Recently, when I try to play GTA V, the game almost consistently runs at or below 30 fps and i cannot figure out why. When I look in task manager, my cpu goes up to 95-100% usage. idk if that means anything, thought id say it anyway. before i upgraded my processor i could still get like 40-50 fps with a fx-6300 so obviously something is awry. Im at lowest settings for everything.
