So a couple days ago, while I was using MSI afterburner, I input a value to change the clock speed as I've done many times before, however, when I hit enter it changed the voltage, clock speed, memory clock speed to ridiculous numbers, like 3000s and stuff. Then no program was able to read the temp or usage of my GPU, after several restarts and reinstalling the drivers, everything seemed to work fine, programs now recognize the temp and usage; however, now when I launch Valley, I get like 13 FPS compared to the 50+ I used to get before.
