hello
so i was wondering if my CPU is bottlenecking, in some of my games, my CPU usage goes up to 90-100 percent, but i get a high FPS with no drops. doesn't a high usage mean there's a bottleneck? here's my specs
mobo: GIGABYTE G41MT-S2PT
CPU: Intel Xeon X5460 OC to 3.42 GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GT 730 2 GB GDDR5
RAM: G.skill 8 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
