i do plan plan to buy a low budget GPU with my old computer the specs as follows

i5 3470
asus p8h61-m LX3 R2.0
8gb ddr3 ram
600w rated PSU with 6pin and 6+2 pin
regular processor fan
750gb wd black
ATI radeon HD 5450

i'm planning to replace my ATI radeon HD 5450 with a better GPU to play latest games today

can someone give me some tips with GPU i would get
i'm thinking about r7 250 or r7 240 both 1gb ddr5
another available option for me is to buy gt730 2gb ddr3, gts 450 ddr3, gt 430 ddr3 and other 2gb ddr3s

or i saw a no brand/generic GTX 660ti 1gb ddr5 which is purchase in alibaba we tried it using "techpower up gpu z" and it was recognize as nvidia geforce GTX 660ti 1gb 128 bit ddr5.. is this worth buying? (upon searching original 660ti is 2gb not 1gb and need a 6 pin power) but this generic no longer need 6 pin external power..

i'm okay with any brand as long as the performance is good..

which guys do you think is best?

i'm interested in buying the generic 660ti 1gb 128bit ddr5.. what do you think is it worth buying? it was recognize by "techpower up gpu z"

i do plan to play dota 2 and csgo at ultra settings if possible and mid to high settings to the latest games today like GTA V

thank you

GTA V is a heavy game ... get at least RX 460 or GTX 950 mini

or RX 460

Here is GTA V

just 33 fps on FHD

as you see the GTX 950 is better...

anything lower than 30 fps is not playable

Solution
I don't think you understand, all of the above mentioned cards will NOT be able to run games like GTA V at playable framerates. Heck they can't give you good framerates in CS:GO at Ultra settings, and framerate in CS:GO is very important. The Rx 460 is the minimum for your needs, not overkill.

If you are not buying latest cards you want to be buying second hand.

It seems to me it is your graphics card that is holding you back the most and so buying a card second hand for $150 would enable you to play lots of titles for not a lot of $$$.

You are pretty much wasting $70 spendiing it on a card that wont play what you want to any reasonable standard, and a $150 second hand card may well re sell in 12 months for not too much less than what you paid for it.

There is always a sweet spot in upgrading a PC and it is sweet indeed when you can spend $150 on a graphics card that cost 3 times that new and resell it in a year for more than 50% what you paid whilst gaming at reasonably high frame rates.

As soon as you step out of the sweet spot (as you want to do) you cant achieve what you want at a "sweet" price.

ok thank you for the answers..
truly appreciated

just last question

which do you think is the best among this cards?

GT 730 1gb ddr5
R7 240 1gb ddr5
R7 250 1b ddr5
GT 730 2gb ddr3
GTS 450 1gb ddr3
GT 430 1gb ddr3
his radeon 5770 1gb 128 bit ddr5
Geforce GTX260 896mb 448bit ddr3

i plan to buy one of this cards to use for the mean time..
(i already asked my mom to buy me XFX RADEON RX 480 GTR 8GB GDDR5 but i will received it during this Christmas )

and i need some Video card to use for the meantime cause my ATI HD 5450 1gb ddr3 can't handle ragnarok i lag all the time during WOE time or during intense PVP (many players online in the same map)

i don't plan to play games at 1080p (for now) my max reso on my monitor is only 900p
and maybe i don't play GTA V cause i think those cards can't handle GTA V even with the lowest settings..

upon searching http:http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html

GTX 260 is equal to r7 250 ddr5 (im not sure if that GTX 260 is ddr3 or ddr5 or if it was same specs as Geforce GTX260 896mb 448bit ddr3)

what do you think Geforce GTX260 896mb 448bit ddr3 equivalent in terms of ddr5?
cause the cost of the GTX 260 896mb is half the price of r7 250 1gb 128 bit ddr5

others are almost the same price (second hand price)
