This is an Acer laptop or netbook ZG8 then when I turned this on it takes two minutes on the BIOS Screen but when booting it's just 20secs.. What's the problem?? I think is the malfunctioned not working webcam is the problem because the laptop assumes that I'm messing with it (disconnecting and connecting)... HALP!!!

Is the date & time correct when you start up and get into Windows or do you have to re enter the date & time
if date & time wrong this delay indicates the cmos and main battery are probably dead and the BIOS has to re detect hardware.
If the date & time correct I dont know what the cause of delay is.
