I'm making a Home PC that's mainly used for everyday use, e.g. msexcel, internet surfing and some flight simulator. I would prefer it to be quiet.

I have put together a build but I've probably picked parts that cost more than they need to. I'm assuming I could change the video card and power supply to lower the budget but I'm not sure what to change to. I can only purchase parts from retail in WA like PLE.

If anyone could give some insight I'd appreciate it thanks.

u never mentioned AUD before...
anyways...stick to the B150 board as it is better...also try to get the rx460/470 or gtx 1060...not much price difference but way better performance...rest is fine ...

I'm using AUD so that build is more expensive. I asked for retail only so I can't purchase half of those items and I don't need speed I just want enough to run flight simulator properly.
