Thunder, what are you trying to say here: 'With a bit of brain power and effort most people in developed countries can get their hands on a better system.'

He asked for help, not your opinion on his personal situation...

The rest of your components should be able to handle most recent titles fine, so I would suggest grabbing an RX 470 / RX 480 or GTX 1060, as they would provide the best performance per dollar for your system.

After that, if you are still not satisfied then I would suggest upgrading CPU, Motherboard and RAM to either an Intel Skylake or wait for AMD Zen to release next year.

Also .... do you play at 1080p ? What refresh rate is your monitor ?

Generally speaking for now, if you want around 60 fps @ 1080p with medium settings then something like a 4GB RX 470 will do the job easily for a few years. Alternatively the 3GB edition of the GTX 1060 performs better in certain games.

I am not sure how you extrapolate "his personal; situation " from advice to maybe look at ways of getting his hand on money / better kit rather than simply giving him advice on what he thinks his problem is.

There are different ways to provide "help" other than answering peoples specific questions and ignoring the context.
