Hello everyone i have overclocked my gigabyte ga-78lmt usb3 version 6.0 my cpu is amd fx 4300 i got it to run stable at 4.5ghz running the bios vcore 1.4200 but the VRM and chokes get kinda hot almost hot enough to burn my finger is it safe to run like that for 24/7 use? if not then could i put a fan over it and if it stayed cool enough to touch would that be ok for using 24/7 i do a lot of video rendering for hrs on in. prime95 passed 2+ hrs thanks in advance for any help
