Straight to the questions:

Does the classic Lenovo H50-50 motherboard:
LENOVO SHARKBAY (SOCKET 0)
have 14pins or 24pins for the power supply?

Can I fit in
Palit GTX 1060 GPU
Seasonic M12II-520 EVO PSU
In the original Lenovo h50-50 case?

Also I cant seem to find somewhere that it says that the case is ATX as I'm sure the PSU is ATX
I don't want to lose the warranty for now, therefore I'm not willing to open the case.

More info:
GTX 745 (2gb)
Intel core I7-4790
SATA
DVD-RAM

Thanks for the help!!!

If you are adding components, then you will surely be opening the case and breaking their little seal; and doing only that won't void the warranty otherwise there would be no way to clean out the computer (blow out dust etc.).

Your tower (case) is a mini tower and from the research I did it will probably only accept a microATX or iATX board.

You will have to check the main power as it does appear to be a 14 pin main power connection, but there are several different boards that might have been used in the manufacture of that model pc - according to one of my searches. I could be wrong, but a 14 pin sound to me like a proprietary power suppy/power set up. There are adapters available to connect 24 pin power supplies to 14 pin...

Another consideration: The GTX1060 is nearly 10 inches long (~254mm) and your 745 is just over 5.5 inches (`138mm): will that large card fit into your small case???? I don't think there is enough room for that 1060.

And you haven't much airflow, either.
In my humble opinon, I do Not think this is a good project or upgrade: That PC was not built for gaming but as a low cost general use (think email and exploring the web) computer, and trying to convert it to a more powerful machine is going to be difficult, a real headache, and may not, in the end, actually workout

You can Add GTX 1060 to your System , it is a low 120 watts card .

If your 280 Watts power supply is good , you mite not need to Change it at all. I want you to give me the readings on the 12V output how many A ? read the sticker on it .

as for the GPU fitting , get a ruler and measure the distance between the slot and the drive cage .. will find a short card that fits

There's no such thing as an ATX case - - there are cases which accept an ATX motherboard but it's not an "ATX case".

Cases have a different naming convention - - - Full Tower, Mid Tower, Mini Tower, or SFF.
The larger ones accept boards of several form factors, not just ATX.

Thank you but I think I'm fine with upgrading the case,
They are cheap and I'm gonna upgrade after like 3-4 months so I will collect enough money to upgrade the power supply and the case.
I'm just tired of launching the game and tweaking it so it runs at least 30 fps...

Thank you for helping me, I'm new to this and I'm learning more and more after I realise I over-payed a lot for this PC
and I guess a Mid Tower will fit everything in or a Full tower? If so can you suggest me a good tower?

Thanks for helping me and I guess I need a case upgrade as well, it's not a problem, I have time to collect money and everything. I guess I need a Mid tower then? Also I already asked here, It seems like the motherboard is fine with GTX 1060. As for that I'm gonna open the case soon, I've heard that their "warranty" is useless... I'm just tired of running at 30fps every time I try to enjoy a game. (also the 144hz screen is useless at this point...)
