With a 3770K I think I'd look at 2133/9 sticks, unless the price is basically the same as the 2400 sticks. For 2400 you'll need an OC on the CPU and even then, not all 3770Ks could carry 2400 (most will, just saying 
). Also 2133/9 will be basically the same, performance wise as 2400/11 and prob a bit better. If you can run 2400 sticks the 2133/9 should run 2400/10 with a slight OC to the DRAM. Did an article on 2400 sets awhile back:

Anything above 1600MHz is considered an overclock speed for that motherboard and will have to be setup in BIOS.
However, the Corsair model will give a noticeable performance improvement once it's setup to run at 2400MHz. This can be done by entering BIOS and enabling XMP.
