Not an issue but just wanted to check your opinion about these two memory modules.

CORSAIR CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R Vengeance Pro Red 16GB 2x8GB 240P DDR3 2400MHZ RAM

Timing: 11-13-13-31 CL 10 WHERES THE TRIDENTS ARE CL7

VS

G.Skill TridentX 16GB 2x8GB 240P DDR3 1600MHZ RAM CL7 FOR THESE DOES THAT MAKE QUICKER?

Timing: 7-8-8-24

MY CURRENT SYSTEM I7 3770K @ 4.2 GHZ ASROCK EXTREME 4 MOBO

Solution
I think the speed of the corsair memory would more than make up for the slower timings, however that can differ depending on the work load. For gaming I would say that generally the 2400mhz ram would be better, that said we are talking very small differences in terms of frame rate in games between those two types of ram I doubt you would ever notice the difference in the majority of games. I would get the 2400mhz sticks personally, assuming there isn't much of a price difference.

Id like to improve my performance on this mobo is dual channel better performing for the 3770k than quad kit would be ? Intel site shows it supports dual but mobo runs fine with my current corsairs 2 gb each at 4 slots but I want to up that into something faster and more memory and want a performance leap in gaming . Gskills looks like there faster in games and thats what I like about there memory . Just not sure what would pair well with a 3770K and a ASROCK EXTREME 4 mobo that runs dual and quad dont quad give me Decent performance over dual since the mobo runs it will i benefit from a quad kit over a dual kit running at 2400mhz I found a kit gskill 4 x 4gg they would give me a 1000mhz per stick times that 4 slots would that be better than two sticks at 1200 x 2 both kits were 2400mhz kits dual or quad . Im going by current pricing .

ive decided to get some trident x 's 2400 they beat corsairs in latency and bandwith in all the benchmarks . There the best choice too since there made for hardcore enthusiast such as myself . I never buy hardware unless i know Im going to be satified with performance. My i7 3770k i read tons of reviews before pick it . came to conclusion it had the stuff . ...
