What's the difference between I7 4790K vs I7 5820K both with dual GTX 970 in Iray rendering speed?

I know that a single GTX 1070 should be faster than those two but I already have one GTX 970 and I want to save some money by getting the GTX 970 used or wait for a sale. I think that with luck I can get that second GTX 970 at about $200 and save about $250 vs getting the new GTX 1070 which will cost me about $450. What do you think?

The only reason to choose the 5820k is if you don't change CPUs often (I mean like 10 years before getting another) because eventually, more cores will be utilized in more games. However, the 4790K has MUCH better power usage (due to less cores), up to 100 watts less than the other benchmark system.
One more important thing- the 4790K, despite having less cores and cache, seemed to unlock GPU power- a mystery none the less, but good to know.
