i know that CORSAIR 450D has great airflow

but i like the look of the MASTERCASE 5 PRO

so will i get the same temperatures inside these 2 cases?

Probably. I doubt it will make any noticeable difference.

mastercase has 2 front 140 and back 140
but the PSU cover blocks most of the second fan

I guess, any obstruction is going to block airflow. But like I said I doubt switching from one high quality, high airflow case to another is going to make any difference in the temps of your parts even with that obstruction.
