If it's a network driver you need, get it from the HP support website which serves your country.

For other countries, scroll down to bottom-left, clickon "United Kingdom", then choose your country.
Note: You must use the appropriate geographical website otherwise HP may not recognise your laptop model.
As regards Windows not showing any available wireless networks, a restart often fixes that.
