Been having this issue for months now and im just getting more frustrated every time. What i'm focusing here is solely on my buffering issue with Youtube. I've tried doing research myself for a long time now, now it's come to ask for help.

The buffering keeps coming and there are different types of buffering issues im getting. Two types that i am getting is when the video buffers few seconds then i got to wait atleast 2 minutes for it to buffer another 20 seconds.

The other one i am having is where it buffers half the video and when i get to that point by watching it's a B.O.D (Buffering of Death) It never buffers, how i can confirm that is by leaving that video buffering for a solid 6 hours straight without any connective issue.

I've tested alot of things but if you think you got the solving answer i'd be happy to hear it!

Thanks

Are you running an AdBlocker extension on your browser? I was having similar problem - disabled AdBlock for youtube.com (and Tom's!) and that seemed to clear up the problem for me.

16 gb 1600 mhz in dual-channel.

Disabling adblocker makes it worse, then the browser gets really slow and i have trouble loading any site at all, takes about 3 seconds then for the connection to the website's server.

Well first obvious thing is your ISP can't keep up with the xfer rate ur asking it. I notice my youtube automatically picks the video resolution my ISP is able to stream me without buffering. If I forced it to HD, then I expect it to buffer.

Done a PING yet? Ideally you get 100% success rate and your latency consistent.

Somebody had a similar problem and all he did was to update his chrome

This only happened when i updated to Windows 10 from 8, forgot to mention. Would it be a difference if i reinstalled Windows 10 from scratch?

It's a possibility. The upgrade process is not without flaws - some of them have no logical explanation, but a clean install appears to fix.

I've never heard of this problem appearing from the upgrade process, but a clean install certainly won't hurt!
