So I had old GeForce gt 730 in and i put r9 290x tri-x in, it worked for a little but the motherboard would do 3 beeps when I would start up with new card so I reseated the card and now when I turn my computer on I just get black screen , keyboard and mouse don't light up either.
Specs
750w EVGA b2
970 Msi gaming
Fx-6300
Tried redoing the drivers and all that through DDU didn't work
It was a used card on eBay but barely used

Make sure you have the auxillary power plugged into the GPU. If that doesn't work, remove the card and try to boot again. A successful boot means you have either a bad card (most likely) or a bad pci-e slot or PSU.

The slot is fine because my old card works, PSU is brand new last week and I have 6 pin VGA and the 6+2 VGA Pin hooked up

Everything boots up, but it's black screen, my tv is getting signal too, just black screen. With sun and O/I ports not working
