4790K, DDR3 2400 and GTX 1060

I have a question about my performance on World of Warcraft I have a i7 4790K 4.40GHz overclock to 4.70GHz, 8GB G Skill TrIdent X DDR3 2400 overclock to 2.66GHz 10-12-12-31-1 timing's, Asus Maximus VII Hero 3103 latest bios, Corsair 860 watt PSU, GTX 1060 6GB overclock to 1.93GHz core and GDDR5 9.30GHz memory, and Samsung 840evo 250GB every latest window firmware bios driver updated. I have every single option crank up ultra otherwise to high 4x AA at 2560x1080 resolution I get 100+ fps in some areas and it drops to 55 fps and newer content crowded areas. Is that normal?

yeah, that sounds normal for an MMO. it's especially true with large amount of people. it's the internet side of things, not your hardware.

how much system ram you have ?
which 1060 variant you have - 3GB or 6GB ?

Sorry I have 8GB system ram 250GB 840 Samsung SSD and GTX 1060 6GB at 2560x1080 resolution.

I like the 21:9

As mentioned above, it is normal for FPS to drop a bit in some scenarios.
I don't play this game, but a friend of mine that does, told me that cranking all settings up will be tasking on the GPU in latest releases.

Populated areas will always drop FPS. This is quite normal.
