"better" - this is a good build. a 250GB SSD is nicer to have but 120GB will do as well.
I love quiet/silent computers, some people don't care

but what's your budget? how much are you comfortable on spending?

1000-1100 (a little over is fine), i dont care if it looks good or pretty or anything, so if u need "more" money you can find a cheaper case or something.
